Refund policy

we want you to actually love what you bought. if something's wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out — replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the issue.

items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be returned.

a few things are final sale and can't be returned: items marked as final sale at checkout, and anything customized or made specifically for your order.

if your item arrives damaged or wrong, that's on us — send us a photo and we'll fix it, no cost to you.
