orders are made on demand, so production takes a few days before shipping — we're not sitting on a shelf of stock, we're making it for you.

once shipped, you'll get a tracking email. delivery times depend on your location:
— portugal: 3–5 business days after dispatch
— international: varies by destination, shown at checkout before you pay

shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order — no surprises at the end.
